In Canada, Maxime Bernier used to work for former Premier of Quebec Bernard Landry (member and leader of the Parti-Québecois). Parti-Québecois was created to separate Quebec from Canada, they have been spied in the past by Canadian Secret Services, and here Maxime Bernier was another one who was under the spying side for a couple reasons such as that his ex girlfriend Julie Couillard was linked to gangsters in the past, and that the Minister was linked to a political party under surveillance also.
In Julie Couillard declarations on TV, we all have to wonder a bit, think, and who knows for the rest… such as why staplers for spying?! Don’t know, but in my opinion, either a small investigation company was hired (not equipped properly), or who knows!
For a $ 1000, I can get you a nice little electronic device that you can record a great image and sound for 30 hours without anyone knowing about it in your conference, office, home, bed, etc. all you have to do after is transfer everything to your computer and burn it in a CD or DVD.
