Not only in Quebec we are the highest tax payers, but looking at the price of gas in this Country, sounds like one is abusing, while the other side one is paying from their pockets to survive.
Gas at $ 1.40 the litter right now in the Montreal area, people bitching, complaining, yet I would personally blame the Quebec Government for it.
If the Quebec Government did what they did to milk, we wouldn’t be having this problem in Quebec.
Some are protesting and asking the Quebec Government to reduce their taxes since the more we pay on the Gas the more these Oil companies make more profits in our backs. Thus if the Government reduces the taxes to satisfy this Province, Oil Companies would be laughing at them and us for it.
Gas Stations are closing slowly since some have to dig from their pockets $ 50.00 to balance their weekly budgets, thus they are shutting the doors, leaving only the garage open for repairs, change oil, etc.
I guess soon there won’t be any gas stations around to supply vehicles to run on the road!
Could imagine here the independent Gas Stations! Ouch, might as well declare bankrupt now before it’s too late.
Today my son misses school to go to the dentist, get to the dentist, he sits on that electric chair, lie down, and poof, there it goes… no Hydro :-)… wait about half an hour, and then go home to come back again another month with a cavity and a cleaning. Hope he won’t get any pain from here till then.
You miss half day of school, just to miss another day… dam, why are paying too much for Hydro also, and they can’t keep their promises! They raise Hydro, tell us that they need to do repairs, and instead, they build offices with our money as if it was castles… all apart from their little parties paid by our money!
Yeap… maybe we should start building our own Hydro, and let them dig in their pockets this time, without touching tax payer’s money. Like is it normal to have Hydro employees ask for a raise that is way above the average, and instead of working, they do the opposite… work one hour, take 8 hours break paid by Hydro payers. Maybe we should start filming all this and publish it, but then they will come up with excuses telling us that it has always been like this.
Customs… what a joke… these officers always on strike! First a raise, then equipment, then more equipment, and now they are slowing traffic at Customs. Imagine these truck drivers who are making no profits from deliveries, digging deeper into their pockets! Not only they are suffering from gas, but now in time delivery also… hey do like some, close the business and move elsewhere where it works. Perhaps when the Quebec Government smell the coffee saying that their piggy banks are not what they expected, maybe they will act after, and don’t ask tax payers to pay more… they are already about to go back where they came from.
Not blaming just one Government, but blaming all of them since one side or another side, they all play with our money, and don’t give a dam since at the end; they simply retire, with our money paying their pensions.
Quebec Court cases recently in Quebec… a guy defends himself and his family thinking that there was robbers in the house and about to shoot all of them, he can’t be in peace, Quebec Government will do anything with our money to get this guy inside a cage. If it was an officer under the same circumstances, same conditions, etc. case would be closed by now, and the guy would be walking the street as if nothing happened. Yap, only in Quebec stupidities happens… 2 weights, 2 measures in our legal system.
In Quebec now, it’s illegal to show cigarettes to the public! Before they used to have the cigarettes behind the counter, in a way that it was showed to the public so they could chose what they wanted and what size. Customer comes in, sees the cigarettes, and buys them to smoke, today… its forbidden to show them everywhere. What a way to work in this Province?
First they start making it illegal to show in sports places such as F1, football, soccer, hockey, etc. then they forbid it in pharmacies, and now… everywhere… but on the other side they came up with the idea to supply needles, cotton, elastic, chair, table, etc. to people who illegally do drugs! Hellooo… if it’s illegal, why encourage them? On top of that did they pay the taxes on those drugs!
Also, Lotto Quebec, with all the millions and billions of profits they get from buyers, isn’t it also illegal to have them beside Interac machines, etc. !!! According to a pamphlet I read a couple years ago, reading their rules and regulations, they simply contradict themselves, and who gives a dam about rules and regulations (including the law).
If selling these lottery tickets is also an addiction like cigarettes, and alcohol, why is it that they don’t hide the terminal machine also? Yeap… 2 weights, 2 measures in the Government, always going to what is best for them, and not the majority of the populations.
A school commission is bring back a Court case into Superior Court because when they hired a person, the guy lied about his past. He killed his ex wife… did his time, paid his debts. Now because he lied, School commission fired the guy, case went to Court, and he was reintegrated to work because the School Commission fired him because of his past. Well a follow up case to be on a look out!
In Quebec you can’t fire someone, suspend, etc. for a crime that has nothing to do with work (the job), especially if the person made a Pardon.
Can someone explain to me why is it that Canadian authorities are afraid of Canadian Indians such as Kanesatake? Every time there is some big action, or something big going on, they are always calling the Canadian Armed Forces to do their jobs! Illegal cigarettes, liquors’, guns, etc… a multimillion illegal operation in these reserves and no one dares to step inside to arrest and press charges against them! Even the casino or whatever they call it… International Online casinos… they make millions and millions on them, and no revenues.
Metro in Montreal (Subway)… according to Yvan Delorme (Montreal Police Chief), he made it clear that Montreal’s Metro is the safest one in the World…. Yeap give me a break, cut the bull and be realistic, crime is on the rise inside the Metro, these promises have been made in the past, and every time they made a speech like this, they added officers for a couple days, then back to normal… all hiding in the little corners under the stairs, going out for their coffees, chat here and there, more breaks in other words, and the little guy runs away with the ladies purse as usual.
Sht… modification in the immigration law to this Country that the minister now has the power to bring anyone who is qualified to be here… LOL, must be a joke, right! In other words, he will ask you: “If you vote for me, I will give your papers personally, and if you give me a donation to my party, I will give to you within 24 hours” what a way to do things in this Country!
By the way, if you speak French, and you are a doctor, Quebec welcomes you right away without any questions asked… only one thing, you have to restudy again, spend another 2 to 4 years in medicine…. Get your license, and the Quebec way, not the Canadian way… even if it’s the same sht! Just that the Quebec Medical Associations wants money in their pockets.
Don’t you just love it… especially if it’s a lady reading this, she will be saying; “yesss, power to woman…”
I’m impressed by this Wall Street lady…. Erin Callen… but those high heel shoes, ouch… change them.
Man, all quiet this afternoon as I am doing this in my portable, it was sunny and beautiful, and all of a sudden when the rain fell, big winds came… to a point that trucks in the bridge were flipped sideways. A couple hours later… everything back to normal, and no Hydro.
Ohh well leaving now since I am eating at a restaurant… dam Hydro that is supposed to be one of the best in the World… they can’t supply their houses, but they can to the neighbors!
If we go like this into the future, I see 3 great things in Quebec… water, Hydro, and some international emergency room.
Follow up tomorrow, before my battery goes down.
